
椀/吸い物Wan/Suimono (Soup Dish)
- えびと枝豆のしんじょ Shrimp dumpling with green soybeans
I made shrimp paste using suribachi, mixed a little egg white and grated yam to make it fluffy, seasoned with dashi and soy sauce and added some chopped green soybeans. Then boiled the dumpling in soy-sauce based stock.- 羅臼昆布 Kelp
The kelp was the one I used to make dashi-stock ;P
Ahh.. very nice.. Obachan.. :) I'm drooling.. with envy..!
