Sweet & Sour Myoga Pickles
This is how they look on the next day. Aren't they pretty?
Amber Amethryne Yeah, this is my favorite plate and it’s from DAISO 100-yen shop. Almost all of my bowls and plates are from that lovely 100-yen wonderland :D (I think most readers living in Japan can instantly tell that.)
Amanda Thanks Amanda. They look so lovely in the jar now. Those reddish-pink myoga in a little pinkish golden liquid (do you call it “brine” even when sugar is added?)… It’s a real beauty.

Maybe they are very close. I just googled and found that "laksa" means "ten thousand." Is this right?
