(It doesn’t make the pork-chop too salty or anything, right?)obachanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18146311760014752971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8421337.post-1162067048120612832006-10-29T05:24:00.000+09:002006-10-29T05:24:00.000+09:00Another way to get super-tender pork-chops is to b...Another way to get super-tender pork-chops is to brine them: put them in some very salty water (2tbsp of salt per litre), adding some spices is nice too: cloves, juniper, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, anything really. Leave for 1h, then dry off and cook as normal. You can brine them overnight but then they're on the way to becoming bacon - quite nice if you like that sort of thing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8421337.post-1161729186157271882006-10-25T07:33:00.000+09:002006-10-25T07:33:00.000+09:00Thank you, chubbypanda :)Thank you, chubbypanda :)obachanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18146311760014752971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8421337.post-1161649535227247562006-10-24T09:25:00.000+09:002006-10-24T09:25:00.000+09:00That meal looks delicious.
