Hi obachan,
That bread looks really yummy...quite strange too wouldn't you say? =)

Oh my, that looks so good! At first glance, I thought that the cream cheese dollops were eggs, and so it reminded me of a portuguese sweet bread that we get at Easter, with colored eggs inserted into the bread before baking. The cream cheese variety looks equally yummy! Hope you enjoyed it!

> Reid --- Yeah, like something from another planet??
> Amanda --- It was good. Well... could have been better if the creem cheese was less sweet. I've never seen a portuguese sweet bread for Easter, but it must look very colorful with colored eggs.

I thought that the cream cheese balls were marshmallows. :) But, the bread looks and sounds great. Cute name too.

> carlyn --- Actually I didn't taste much of the savory parmigiana. Too bad.
> Julia --- Yeah, the name was another reason why I bought this bread :)

Obachan - I thought the cute balls were mozzarella! Sounds delicious. I'm glad you enjoyed the Yosakoi festival, it looks great!

Sorry, I couldn't help laughing after reading rae's comment... I miss them too!

Oh, how clazy were your favorite bakeries? :D
keiko
Thanks for taking a look at my Yosakoi entries, too. I’ve regained the weight I lost during the festival.
Oh, I guess English bakeries are not clazy enough?
