The picture looks so vivid. I can actually smell grilled yellowtail when I close my eyes. Mmm.
It does look lovely but...what is sucachi, please? Thanks :)

It actually smelled quite a bit in my kitchen.

OK. Sudachi is a kind of citrus fruit. A very good explanation is http://gohan.kaywa.com/default/sudachi_-_3721827224.html here and photos are http://www.hana300.com/sudach.html here. They are usually used when still green, but I bought 2 of them a while ago and used only one for the horoku-yaki the other day. This one was the leftover, and it turned yellow ;P It definitely tastes better when green.

Smoked yellowtail? I’ve never tried it but sounds really tasty. Oh, and avocados, bread and wine… I would want to work there!!
So nice to hear that you’re coming to Japan. Yeah, don’t miss anything. Try everything that you’re interested in! :D

Hi glutton rabbit,
Oh, why don't cooking and shooting pool go together? They both need a table to work on.
About my face:
I gotta hide it because it looks too good that it would make my food photos look less impressive. ;P
