 Raspberry Cobbler with Vanilla Ice Cream The yakiniku dinner was followed by raspberry cobbler with ice cream. (What a combination! :P ) I made this cobbler this afternoon, inspired by this post by Kate, and also feeling the pressure of having to use up the frozen raspberries I bought the other day and didn’t like very much.
