But the Cheesecake sure does look very nice :-)

I don't care for cheesecake, myself, unless it's very fresh. After that, it makes my mouth want to pucker or drink water or something. Yours does look lovely, though.

Hi Obachan,
I usually put some lemon juice or lime juice into the cheesecake mixture ( the white part). Hope that helps

> Dagmar --- Welcome to my site! I thought it looked nice, too. Making the swirl was so much fun : )
> Annie --- Thanks. There are some cheesecakes that I don’t care for much, too. I usually like baked one better.
> keona --- Good idea! I’ll try that next time. Thanks!
> MrsT --- Thanks. Next time I’ll use another recipe and keona’s advice, so I’m sure it’ll be much better. ; )

hiya obachan~
The cake looks pretty good to me! Maybe you can eat it with some chocolate sauce or the like or even better, have it with ice-cream ;-)
On another subject, I have made your tamagoyaki again. I didn't have a close up shot of it but I have post a picture with it inside. It's drowning amongst all the other ingredients on the plate! See here .

Hi self-effacing dame,
Thanks for your comment. :) About the recipe… Sorry, this is an old post and I forgot to keep or bookmark the recipe (site). I think this was the recipe, or at least close to the one I used, so please give this a try. (I downsized the recipe to half and didn’t use graham crackers.) Good luck!
